At the same time, the four major parts of our economy- seafood, oil, fishing, and tourism- are all being destroyed by the oil spill and the subsequent drilling ban. We're kind of screwed either way, but at least this is the lesser evil.
It seems like investments like this should disqualify a judge from hearing the case.
