This is actually a picture taken in my parents' yard, which is basically in the rain forest. They moved out of Seattle when they retired and chose a place halfway between the city (Olympia) and the beach (Grays Harbor), that's also in the middle of the forest. With a 30 minute drive to Olympia, a 2 hour drive to Seattle, and a 45 minute drive to the beach, they sort of have it made.
