  1. It's kind of charming, although I didn't expect it to be. There are some really dated ideas and attitudes in there, and it's definitely a product of its time in terms of the heteronormativity involved, but besides that, it seems well-intentioned.

    I think videos like this are valuable because so many people have some kind of blinders on about the way "women's issues" were viewed in the past. The myths that they're busting - along with the very clear message about what the main goal and focus of a woman's life should be, are informative in themselves.

    I like how careful they are to only refer to the vagina as the access to the outside of the body.

  5. As far as the biology is concerned, it's more informative than a lot of the material we use to educate kids now.
    I think one of the things that's telling about this is the complete lack of awareness about the gender essentialism and heteronormativity involved - that was so utterly normal that you wouldn't even notice...
